your MyState Financial Visa Debit Card.
Verified by Visa gives you the peace of mind of knowing
that no-one but you can use your Visa Debit Card online.
All you have to do is link a password and a Personal Assurance
Message (PAM) to your Visa Debit Card. Once registered, you will be shown
your PAM and asked to enter your password every time you shop online
with a participating Verified by Visa merchant.
The appearance of your PAM will confirm your transaction is being
authenticated by MyState Financial. Entry of your password will confirm
you really are the authorized cardholder.
Once your password is checked, your identity will be verified,
the transaction will be completed as normal and you will have the
peace of mind of knowing no-one but you can use your Visa Debit Card online.
It's safer. And that simple!
How does it work?
- Register for Verified by Visa
- When you're shopping online, purchase your goods in the usual
way and enter your Visa Debit Card number when requested.
- If you are dealing with a participating Verified by Visa merchant,
a pop-up window will display your Personal Assurance Message.
This reassures you that you're connected to MyState Financial.
- Confirm you Personal Assurance Message and then enter your password.
- Your purchase will be authorised and your order will go ahead
as normal. It's that simple!
